R.H. Coutier’s Grand Cru Cuvée Blanc de Blancs is a non-vintage Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay and finished Extra Brut for a particularly dry style. It comes from a Grand Cru vineyard in Ambonnay that the young producer acquired from Marie-Noëlle Ledru, giving the cuvée a link to an established name in the region.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C. Its dry Chardonnay style should suit oysters, shellfish, sashimi and delicate white fish; decanting is not usually necessary, though a few minutes in the glass can help the Champagne open up.
