Cuvée Unique 2024 is a blend of Pinot Noir from the Burgundy parcels Les Hâtes and Les Robinettes, sites that typically offer a mix of clay-limestone soils well-suited to producing fragrant, finely textured wines. Grapes are harvested with care to preserve freshness and purity of fruit, then fully destemmed to highlight Pinot’s elegance rather than rustic tannin. A 10-day maceration extracts color, aroma, and a precise, gentle structure, keeping the wine light on its feet. After fermentation, the wine spends 10 months in oak barrels, where it gains subtle spice, polish, and aromatic complexity without losing the freshness and delicacy that define the cuvée.

This Pinot Noir’s spicy, fruity, and lightly structured profile makes it remarkably versatile at the table. It pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, duck breast, pork tenderloin, charcuterie, and lighter veal or lamb dishes, as well as mushroom-based plates, grilled vegetables, and soft to semi-soft cheeses like Brie, Reblochon, or mild Tomme.
