Production
Made from Chenin Blanc sourced from France, this wine is first vinified in the traditional way, with full fermentation and standard winemaking methods. Alcohol is then gently removed through vacuum distillation, a process designed to preserve as much flavour, texture, and aromatic character as possible. The result is an alcohol-free wine that stays true to the essence of Loire Valley Chenin Blanc.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally around 12°C. It works beautifully as an aperitif and pairs especially well with fish dishes, light seafood, and elegant starters where freshness and subtlety matter. No decanting is needed.
