Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with bright, lively effervescence, this Moscato d’Asti opens with an expressive bouquet of white peach, apricot, elderflower, orange blossom, and fresh grapes. On the palate it is delicate and silky, with vivid freshness balancing its natural sweetness, leading to a clean, aromatic finish. While best enjoyed young for maximum fragrance and vitality, it is not a wine built for long cellaring.

Production
Produced in Piedmont, where Moscato Bianco thrives on well-exposed hillsides with cool nights that help preserve its signature aromatics and acidity. The grapes are typically harvested carefully to retain freshness, then gently vinified to preserve the variety’s floral character and natural sweetness, with a light sparkle created through controlled fermentation.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, alongside fruit tarts, peach desserts, panna cotta, almond cakes, or blue cheese. Decanting is not necessary; it is best poured straight from the bottle to preserve its delicate mousse and fresh aromatics.
