Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright, luminous straw-yellow color with the kind of clarity that hints at precision and freshness. The bouquet is layered and expressive, with notes of orchard fruit, citrus peel, white flowers and a subtle saline-mineral edge, often joined by a gentle herbal nuance and fine spice. On the palate, it is refined and structured, combining vibrant acidity with a supple, textural feel. Production
