Distilled with flowing steam and patiently rested in the underground cellars of Poli Distillerie, it combines the character of noble grape skins with an elegant, mature profile.

Aroma & Palate
The aroma is richly layered, with ripe grape, dried fruit, vanilla and delicate spice supported by polished oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet smooth, showing notes of raisins, dark fruit and cocoa alongside a gentle warmth. The finish is long, rounded and pleasantly dry, with lingering fruit and woody nuances.

Distillation & Maturation
This grappa is produced by steam distillation, a method that carefully extracts the aromatic character of the grape pomace while preserving its freshness and finesse. It is then patiently matured in the underground cellars of Poli Distillerie, allowing the spirit to develop greater depth and softness over time.

Serving Suggestions
Serve neat at around 18–20°C in a tulip-shaped grappa glass to fully appreciate its aromas and texture. It makes an excellent after-dinner digestif and pairs particularly well with dark chocolate, coffee desserts, aged cheese or dried fruit. Allowing it to rest in the glass for a few minutes can further open its character.
