Food & Serving
Serve slightly chilled, ideally around 10-12°C, to highlight its fruit and balance its sweetness. It pairs well with dark chocolate, almond-based desserts, fruit tarts, and blue cheeses, and it also works beautifully poured over vanilla ice cream. Decanting is not necessary.
