Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, elegant golden hue with a polished brilliance. The nose is delicate yet expressive, offering floral notes, soft grape sweetness, and a refined aromatic depth that hints at the Moscato base and careful oak influence. Made in Veneto, this grappa is produced from carefully selected pomace and distilled using Poli’s special Crysopea bain-marie vacuum still, a method designed to preserve aromatic purity and finesse. The process is rooted in the distillery’s long research into gentle distillation, resulting in a spirit that emphasizes elegance, clarity, and expressive fruit character.

Food & Serving
Best served slightly chilled, around 10-12°C, in a tulip-shaped glass to concentrate its aromas. It pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, almond-based desserts, dried fruit, and fine cheeses, and can also be enjoyed as a contemplative after-dinner spirit without the need for decanting.
