In the glass, it shows a bright pale gold colour with a lively stream of delicate bubbles. The nose is fresh and inviting, offering aromas of white flowers, green apple, citrus zest, pear, and subtle hints of brioche and biscuit from extended lees ageing. On the palate, it is crisp, harmonious, and beautifully rounded, combining vibrant acidity with a creamy texture and a clean, persistent finish. Notes of orchard fruit, lemon peel, and toasted pastry are lifted by a mineral backbone, making it both immediately enjoyable and capable of developing additional complexity over a few years of cellaring.

An excellent aperitif, this Champagne also pairs beautifully with oysters, sashimi, shrimp, grilled fish, roast chicken, and light poultry dishes. Serve chilled at 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open and pour gently to preserve its finesse and lively mousse.
