Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright, luminous golden straw color. On the palate, it is generous yet poised, balancing creamy texture with fresh acidity and a precise, savory finish. Production
The grapes come from the Ulmo and Maroccoli vineyards, two highly distinctive sites that reflect Sicily’s varied terroirs. These vineyards bring together different exposures, soils, and microclimates, creating the balance of freshness, ripeness, and aromatic intensity that defines the wine. Fermentation and aging take place carefully in French oak, a process refined over many years to preserve the wine’s precision while adding elegance and complexity.

Food & Serving
Planeta Chardonnay 2024 pairs beautifully with rich seafood, roasted chicken, creamy pasta dishes, and fine risotto, as well as grilled fish and shellfish. Serve it at 10–12°C to best enjoy its aromatic detail and texture. Decanting is not usually necessary, but allowing the wine a short time in the glass can help open up its more nuanced oak and fruit notes.
