Production
Piot-Sévilliano farms 8 hectares in Vincelles, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, where Meunier thrives in the local climate and soils. The estate works with fruit from its own vines and follows a long-standing organic-minded philosophy: no pesticides for more than 20 years, organic fertilization, rainwater collection, and minimal sulfite use. The result is a production style that aims to preserve pure fruit expression and a strong sense of terroir.

Food & Serving
This Champagne is especially suited to roasted poultry, charcuterie, creamy cheeses, mushroom dishes, or rich fish preparations. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to bring out its freshness and fruit. Decanting is not necessary; simply open and enjoy to preserve its lively mousse and aromatic precision.

Champagne Piot-Sévilliano is a family estate led by Christine Scher-Sevillano and her husband Vincent, who returned to the family home in Vincelles after Christine’s career as a journalist in Paris. The domaine produces around 60,000 bottles annually from its own vineyards and is recognized for its fruit-forward, rounded style. With HVE3 certification and a strong commitment to sustainability, the estate has become a noteworthy voice in the Vallée de la Marne, combining tradition with thoughtful innovation.
