Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, luminous straw color with a lively, polished appearance. The nose is delicate and expressive, unfolding with white rose, lily of the valley, and jasmine, followed by hints of pineapple, Sicilian lemon, and a subtle mineral trace reminiscent of iodine. On the palate, the wine is soft and graceful, yet marked by a fresh saline energy that keeps everything in balance. Citrus-driven flavors mingle with a lightly spicy edge, leading to a clean, persistent finish. While already highly enjoyable in its youth, it should also hold well over the next few years, gaining complexity and depth.
