Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby-red color with attractive intensity. The nose offers aromas of black cherry, blackberry jam, cocoa, and a layered mix of spice and toasted notes that give it real complexity. On the palate, it is rich and satisfying, with ripe dark fruit balanced by savory spice, gentle oak-driven toast, and a well-structured, elegant finish. The 2023 vintage should be enjoyed for its youthful energy now, but it also has the concentration to develop gracefully over the next few years.

Produced in Veneto under organic farming principles, Ruberpan reflects the character of the Valpolicella area through carefully selected fruit and a vinification aimed at preserving freshness, fruit purity, and regional identity. The blend of native grapes is traditionally suited to the local terroir, bringing together bright acidity, supple texture, and aromatic depth.
