Tasting Notes

Production
Made from Cortese grapes grown in the Gavi di Gavi area of Piemonte, where the cool climate and mineral-rich soils help preserve freshness and give the wine its distinctive linear style. Harvesting is typically carried out with care to retain the grape’s natural acidity and aromatic purity, followed by gentle vinification to highlight the clean, refined character of the fruit.

Ideal with seafood, shellfish, sushi, light pasta dishes, grilled white fish, and fresh salads. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to keep the wine vibrant and focused; decanting is not necessary.
