Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a pale, bright straw color with green reflections, reflecting its youthful energy. The nose is lively and expressive, with classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas of citrus, gooseberry, white flowers, and a delicate flinty, mineral edge. On the palate, it is crisp and focused, with refreshing acidity, clean orchard and citrus fruit, and the stony tension that gives Sancerre its signature character. The finish is precise and mouthwatering, with good potential to develop additional complexity over the next few years while remaining at its best for fresh, vibrant drinking.

Ideal with oysters, fresh shellfish, goat cheese such as Crottin de Chavignol, grilled fish, and light salads with citrus or herbs. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary; simply open and enjoy its crisp, aromatic style.
