Production

Best served with refined dishes such as roast lamb, duck breast, beef tenderloin, truffle risotto, or game birds. Serve at around 16–18°C for the best expression of its aromas and texture. Decanting is recommended, especially if opening young or to help the wine fully open after time in bottle.
