Tasting Notes
In the glass, the 2019 vintage shows a bright, polished profile with a generous, layered character. Belle Côte is an east-facing vineyard in Knights Valley, where the cooler microclimate supports slow, even ripening and excellent aromatic development. The Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked and vinified with precision, including fermentation and aging in French oak barrels, with a significant proportion of new oak contributing structure, texture, and finesse.
