Description

Pasqua Hey French is a non-vintage white from Veneto, made from Garganega, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc. Its defining feature is fruit from the Monte Calvarina vineyard in the Soave area, where altitude and mineral-rich soils shape the site.

Production
Monte Calvarina is a 4.5-hectare vineyard on a southwest-facing hillside that rises to 600 metres. Its basaltic volcanic origins and limestone outcrops, together with cool, breezy summers and marked day-to-night temperature swings, favour gradual grape development and are associated with mineral character and longevity. Harvesting and vinification details were not provided.
