Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, refined mousse and a pale golden hue that hints at both freshness and concentration. The nose is lifted and expressive, with citrus blossom, white flowers, chalk, and subtle orchard fruit, followed by more complex notes of brioche, toasted nuts, and saline minerality. The palate is energetic yet impressively broad, balancing vivid citrus and floral purity with real drive, tension, and a chalky, mouthwatering finish. The extra-brut style keeps the wine focused and dry, while the blend of multiple vintages adds depth and complexity. It has excellent aging potential, and should continue to evolve beautifully over the next several years.

Production
This cuvée comes entirely from Grand Cru parcels in the Côte des Blancs, where chalk-rich soils and cool conditions give Chardonnay its classic clarity, finesse, and minerality. The wine is a blend of three vintages—2021, 2020, and 2019—with the 2021 harvest making up 20% due to very low yields that year. It was bottled with a modest dosage of 3 grams per liter, emphasizing purity and the expression of terroir.

Food & Serving
A superb match for oysters, scallops, sashimi, grilled white fish, or fine poultry dishes with light sauces. It also works beautifully with aged Comté or fresh goat cheese. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy its precision and freshness.
