Tasting Notes
Vénus 2020 shows a luminous, fine-bubbled profile with a pale gold hue and delicate, persistent mousse. The aromatics are lifted and focused, opening with citrus zest, white flowers, fresh orchard fruit, and chalky mineral nuances, followed by subtle hints of brioche and wet stone. On the palate, it is taut, elegant, and deeply mineral, with crisp acidity framing flavors of lemon, green apple, pear, and saline chalk. The finish is long, precise, and mouthwatering, with excellent potential to develop added complexity over the next several years, rewarding patience in the cellar.
