Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a luminous golden hue, hinting at its richness and concentration. The bouquet is layered with ripe peach, pear and pineapple, lifted by notes of toasted brioche, vanilla and a touch of citrus zest. The palate is full-bodied and silky, with creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity that keeps the wine focused and energetic. Exotic fruit, subtle oak spice and a refined mineral edge carry through to a long, elegant finish. While immediately appealing, it has the structure and depth to develop beautifully over time.

Production
The fruit comes primarily from high-elevation parcels in Atlas Peak and the cooler Carneros plateau, where the combination of altitude and marine influence promotes slow ripening and aromatic intensity. The grapes are harvested with precision to preserve freshness, then naturally fermented and aged in French oak barrels, mostly new, with bâtonnage used to build richness, texture and complexity.

Food & Serving
This Chardonnay is a natural match for lobster, roasted chicken, scallops, creamy pasta dishes and rich fish such as turbot or halibut. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and consider brief decanting if you’d like to open up its more layered oak and fruit aromas.
