The blend is typically dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec, with each parcel harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, often in the cool of early morning to preserve freshness and aromatics. In the cellar, lots are vinified separately in temperature‑controlled stainless steel tanks, with careful maceration to extract color, flavor, and fine tannins without harshness. After fermentation, the wine is aged in new French oak barrels (predominantly from top coopers) for around 18–20 months, followed by additional bottle aging before release, ensuring a harmonious integration of fruit, structure, and oak.
