Born from the Monlia project in the Colli Tortonesi Derthona zone, it combines aromatic intensity with a deep mineral backbone and a notably elegant, age-worthy style.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is complex and expressive, opening with pineapple, white peach, and mandarin, then moving into orange blossom, aromatic herbs, and a subtle hazelnut finish. On the palate, it is lively and enveloping, with a beautifully judged balance between freshness and spice. The wine has real personality, with a savory mineral thread that gives definition and length. It is built to age gracefully, gaining further depth and complexity over time.

Production
The Timorasso grapes come from a single parcel of about 1.45 hectares in Monleale, in the prestigious Colli Tortonesi Derthona area of Alessandria. The vineyard is carefully farmed to preserve aromatic clarity and pure expression, with vinification focused on highlighting the grape’s naturally spicy, savory profile and the deep mineral imprint of the terroir.

Food & Serving
This is a highly versatile white wine that works especially well with structured dishes such as agnolotti with butter and sage, raw meat tartare, and aged goat cheeses. Serve it at 12–14°C to best express its aromatics and texture; decanting is not essential, but a short period in the glass can help it open up further.

The Monlia project reflects a close collaboration between the Oddero family and partners in La Morra, created to strengthen the identity of Piemonte through a precise and recognizable wine style.
