The estate is known for meticulous vineyard management and careful parcel selection, followed by traditional vinification and élevage in French oak to build structure, precision, and complexity.

Best served with refined dishes that can match its depth and tannic frame, such as roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, game, or truffle-based preparations. Serve at around 16–18°C. Decanting is recommended, especially when young, to help the wine open gradually and reveal its full aromatic range.
