Production
Produced in Franciacorta, Lombardy, a cool-climate zone shaped by glacial soils and the moderating influence of nearby Lake Iseo. These conditions help preserve freshness and aromatic purity, ideal for sparkling wine production. As a Franciacorta Brut, it is made using the classic method with secondary fermentation in bottle, resulting in refined bubbles and layered complexity.

Excellent with aperitifs, oysters, sushi, light seafood dishes, tempura, and creamy risottos. Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, and no decanting is needed.
