Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright, luminous straw color with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is expressive and polished, offering notes of citrus peel, white flowers, green apple, toasted brioche, and subtle almond and mineral accents. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, yet rounded by a creamy texture and an appealing depth from extended lees aging. Expect a clean, dry finish with freshness, finesse, and enough structure to develop beautifully over time. While approachable now, it also has good aging potential for those who enjoy Franciacorta with more complexity.

Produced in Lombardy’s Franciacorta zone, where glacial soils and a cool climate help preserve acidity and aromatic purity, this wine benefits from carefully selected vineyards suited to sparkling wine production. Chardonnay provides elegance and tension, while Pinot Noir adds structure and depth. The fruit is typically harvested by hand, and vinified using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by extended aging on the lees to build texture and complexity.
