Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin is a distinctive German gin from the Black Forest, bottled at 47% ABV. Its signature recipe brings together 47 botanicals for a layered profile that balances classic juniper with bright citrus, herbs and a subtle forest-fruit character.

Aroma & Palate
The aroma opens with juniper and citrus, followed by floral, herbal and gently spicy notes. On the palate, it is full and lively, with a complex blend of fresh botanicals, warm spice and a hint of tart berry. The finish is long and fragrant, with juniper and citrus lingering alongside earthy, woodland notes.

Distillation & Maturation
The gin is made with 47 botanicals, including lingonberries associated with the Black Forest, alongside ingredients sourced from other regions. The botanicals are distilled in small batches, and the spirit rests in traditional earthenware vessels before bottling.
