Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, luminous pink color with fine, lively bubbles. The nose is filled with juicy summer fruit aromas, especially strawberries, cranberries, nectarine, pear, and a subtle hint of rhubarb. On the palate, it is smooth, rounded, and noticeably sweeter than a traditional Brut, with a refreshing balance between ripe fruit and a gentle, bittersweet grapefruit finish. It is best enjoyed young for its vibrant fruit expression rather than for long aging.

Crafted in Champagne, France, this cuvée is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir, bringing together freshness, fruit depth, and structure. The style is designed for serving over ice, which softens the wine slightly and enhances its aromatic intensity while preserving the house’s characteristic finesse.

Food & Serving
Ideal with fruit-based desserts, berry tarts, sorbets, or lightly sweet pastries, as well as fresh summer fruits and brunch-style dishes. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, and do not decant; simply pour over ice in a large glass to allow the aromas to open naturally.
