Mirafiore Barolo Parafada 2021 brings Nebbiolo from the celebrated Parafada cru in Serralunga d’Alba, an area known for Barolo with structure and ageing potential. It combines the character of a named vineyard with the heritage of Mirafiore, a historic name in the region.

Tasting Notes
The precise tasting profile can vary with the bottle’s development, but expect Nebbiolo’s classic garnet hue and aromas of rose, red cherry and dried herbs, with earthy or lightly spiced notes emerging over time. On the palate, firm tannins and bright acidity frame concentrated red-fruit flavours. This is a young Barolo, so it should reward time in the cellar. With suitable storage, it can develop further complexity over the coming years; decanting can help make it more expressive now.

Production
