Naturalis Historia is a cru wine made from an old-vine parcel on Mastroberardino’s estate in Mirabella Eclano, in the heart of Irpinia, Campania. The vineyards benefit from the area’s volcanic influence, elevation, and cool-climate conditions, all of which help preserve freshness and build aromatic precision. Harvesting is typically done by hand to select the best fruit, followed by careful vinification designed to respect the structure and longevity of Aglianico while enhancing its varietal character.

Food & Serving
This Taurasi Riserva pairs beautifully with rich, flavorful dishes such as braised beef, lamb, game, porcini mushrooms, and aged cheeses. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and decanting for at least an hour is recommended to allow the wine to open fully and soften its firm tannins.
