Tasting Notes
Masseto 2022 pours a deep, насыщенный ruby color and opens with an intense aromatic profile of crushed dark stones, dissolved minerals, black plum, red apple, peppery nuances, lavender, and sage. The nose is layered and profound, with a cool, stony character that sits beautifully alongside the ripe fruit and floral tones. Ripe tannins frame the fruit with precision, while the mineral core gives length and definition through the finish. Generous and powerful now, it is best given time in the cellar and should continue to evolve beautifully through 2058.
