On the palate, the wine is structured yet polished, with ripe dark fruit, fine tannins, and a fresh, mineral-driven edge that keeps the wine lifted and balanced. There is enough concentration for excellent development in bottle, and the 2020 vintage should age gracefully for many years, gaining complexity and softness over time.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roast lamb, entrecôte, duck breast, game birds, or mushroom-based dishes, as well as hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for about 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the aromas and structure to open fully.
