Production
Corte di Cama comes from the steep, terraced vineyards of Valtellina in Lombardy, where Nebbiolo—locally known as Chiavennasca—thrives in a cool Alpine climate and on rocky, well-draining soils. The Sforzato method requires careful hand-harvesting followed by a period of drying, which naturally concentrates the grapes before vinification. Fermentation and aging are then carried out to preserve freshness while building texture, complexity, and the wine’s signature depth.
