Description

Mamete Prevostini Gus 2021 is a precise, dry Metodo Classico sparkling wine from Valtellina, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Its pas dosé style—without added sugar at disgorgement—lets the grapes’ freshness and the region’s mineral character take centre stage.

Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow in the glass, with a lively, persistent stream of bubbles. The nose combines fruit aromas with fresh citrus notes.

Production
The grapes come from steep Valtellina slopes at around 400 metres above sea level, where mountain conditions and temperature variation help develop aromatic character.
