Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clean, bright appearance that hints at its youthful freshness. The nose opens with citrus zest, ripe stone fruit and a subtle floral lift, followed by more exotic nuances and a distinct mineral line. The palate is crisp and harmonious, with juicy fruit balanced by refreshing acidity and a soft, elegant texture. The finish is lively and mineral-driven, making it a wine best enjoyed for its youthful vibrancy, though it should hold well over the next few years if stored properly.

Production
Sourced from some of the higher-altitude vineyards in Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, the wine benefits from mineral-rich soils, warm daytime sunshine and the cooling influence of the Mistral winds. The elevated sites help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity, while the dry conditions contribute to healthy, well-ripened fruit. Harvesting is carried out in the late night hours to retain natural freshness. The grapes are then fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, a method chosen to preserve the wine’s purity, precision and aromatic character.

Food & Serving
AIX White 2024 is an excellent match for seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, summer salads, goat cheese and lightly spiced Mediterranean dishes. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C to bring out its freshness and aromatic detail; decanting is not necessary.
