Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with a bright and expressive nose of grapefruit, fresh lemon, ripe nectarine, and passion fruit, lifted by subtle notes of grass and flint. The palate brings together freshness and a more rounded, weighty feel, with citrus fruit at the forefront and a clear mineral edge that adds definition and length. A small portion of the wine is matured in old French oak, which lends extra breadth without overtly marking the wine with oak character. Best enjoyed young for its vivid fruit and tension, though it should hold well over the near term.

Production
Fruit is sourced from seven Marlborough vineyards, each contributing different qualities to the final blend and reflecting the diversity of the region’s terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed as whole bunches, preserving freshness and aromatic purity. After fermentation, up to 19% of the juice is matured in old French oak to add weight and texture while keeping the focus on fruit and mineral precision.
