Lungarotti Vermentino Chardonnay L'Um Bianco 2024

Lungarotti L’Um Bianco 2024 is a vibrant Umbrian white that brings together Vermentino’s coastal freshness and Chardonnay’s soft, rounded fruit. Created as a tribute to Umbria, the wine takes its name from the first letters of “L’Umbria,” underlining Lungarotti’s close connection to its home territory. It also carries a distinctive label inspired by a 18th-century satyr drawing preserved at the Wine Museum in Torgiano.

Tasting Notes
Bright and inviting in the glass, it typically shows a pale straw color with lively reflections. On the nose, expect fresh citrus, white flowers, green apple, and subtle herbal notes, with Chardonnay lending a touch of ripe stone fruit and gentle richness. The palate is crisp and balanced, combining Vermentino’s mineral tension and freshness with a smoother, more supple texture from Chardonnay. Clean, refreshing, and easy to enjoy, it is a white wine best appreciated young, when its aromatic lift and bright fruit are at their most expressive.

A great match for seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, risottos, light pasta dishes, and fresh vegetable cuisine. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to best showcase its aromatics and brightness. Decanting is not necessary.
