Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a graceful pink color with a lively mousse. The nose is bright and inviting, with aromas of ripe red currant, rhubarb, strawberry, and a fresh citrus lift. On the palate, those same red berry notes come through clearly, supported by a supple texture, elegant structure, and a crisp, delicate finish.

Production
Made from 100% hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes, the fruit is carefully sorted before being gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and purity, and the base wine is then matured for 12 months before release. The result is a sparkling wine that reflects the cool-climate character and precision of Alsace.

A versatile aperitif and food wine, this Brut Rosé pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, sushi, prawns, roast poultry, charcuterie, or berry-based desserts. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C, and decanting is not necessary.
