Pinot Noir provides the backbone and intensity, while Chardonnay brings finesse and lift; the rosé color and aromatic complexity are achieved through maceration before the traditional secondary fermentation in bottle.

This Champagne is a superb match for lobster, salmon, tuna tartare, or delicate veal dishes, and it can also shine with fine poultry or refined Asian cuisine. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and consider decanting only if the wine is showing significant age and needs a gentle opening of its aromatics.
