Description

Lo Sparviere Franciacorta Rosé Brut Monique is a Rosé de Noirs made entirely from Pinot Noir, a grape that brings the wine its distinctive body and vitality. Sourced primarily from the Badia vineyard in Monticelli Brusati and produced in a limited run of around 8,000 bottles, it spends at least 24 months maturing on its lees.
