Tasting Notes
Pale pink in the glass with a bright, luminous sheen, this rosé shows the elegance expected from a top Trento DOC. The nose is delicate and refined, with notes of red berries, subtle floral accents, citrus zest, and a light brioche nuance from extended lees ageing. On the palate, it is silky and balanced, with a fine mousse, supple texture, and lively freshness that keeps the wine agile and precise. The short skin contact gives it gentle colour and graceful fruit expression, while the prolonged ageing adds complexity and a smooth, persistent finish. It has the structure to age well for several years, developing even more nuance over time.

Produced in Trentino-Alto Adige under the Trento DOC appellation, this cuvée comes from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, two grapes ideally suited to the cool mountain climate and altitude of the region. Food & Serving
This rosé sparkling wine works beautifully with aperitifs, cured salmon, shellfish, sushi, light pasta dishes, and delicate poultry preparations. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C to preserve freshness and finesse; decanting is not recommended, but a few minutes in the glass will help its aromas open up.
