Best served with classic dishes such as roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, or slow-braised game, as well as aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C and consider decanting for 1–2 hours to allow the wine to open and soften, especially if enjoyed relatively young from the Magnum.
