The grapes are typically harvested parcel by parcel and vinified with care to preserve fruit purity and finesse. Food & Serving
This Bordeaux is a natural partner for roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, mushroom dishes, and aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for about 1 hour if drinking young to help the wine open up and soften its tannins.
