Crafted by the historic Charrère family, it combines tradition, precision, and a clear sense of place in a wine that is both elegant and characterful.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright ruby-red color. The nose is fruit-forward and delicate, with notes of small red berries, marasca cherry, and a subtle spice touch that recalls green pepper. On the palate, it is velvety, round, and мягкий in texture, with a generous yet refined mouthfeel and flavors that mirror the aroma closely. Its balance and purity suggest good drinking pleasure now, while its structure should allow it to age gracefully over the next few years.

Production
This 100% Pinot Noir comes from the Aosta Valley DOC, where the alpine terroir gives the grape a unique and lifted expression. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel over an extended 80-day period at a controlled 30°C, with daily pump-overs to gently extract color and flavor. The wine is then matured for 6 months in stainless steel to preserve freshness, varietal clarity, and the clean mountain-fruit profile.

Food & Serving
A natural partner for roasted poultry, veal, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, and мягкие to medium-aged cheeses, this Pinot Noir also works well with alpine-inspired dishes. Serve it at around 14-16°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a brief aeration can help open the wine if served soon after opening.
