Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a deep garnet to ruby color with excellent concentration. The nose is layered and expressive, with notes of ripe dark cherries, dried plums, fig, sweet spice, cocoa, and subtle balsamic nuances, supported by hints of tobacco and toasted wood. On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping, balancing richness with freshness and refined structure. The dried-fruit core is joined by savory depth, fine tannins, and a long, persistent finish. Thanks to its reserve style and Amarone structure, it has excellent aging potential and will continue to develop complexity over many years.

Production
Made in the Classico zone of Valpolicella in Veneto, this wine draws on a traditional blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Oseleta, and Rondinella. The grapes benefit from the region’s hillside vineyards and are carefully selected before undergoing the appassimento process, where they are dried to concentrate flavor, sugar, and texture. Fermentation and extended aging are carried out to build the wine’s depth, balance, and complexity.

Food & Serving
Best enjoyed with richly flavored dishes such as braised beef, game, roast lamb, aged cheeses, or mushroom-based risottos. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for at least one hour to allow the aromas and structure to open fully.
