Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate pink hue with a lively, persistent mousse. The nose is refined and expressive, offering aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, red currant, citrus zest, and subtle floral notes, followed by hints of brioche and a light mineral edge. On the palate, it is dry and precise, with bright freshness, fine bubbles, and a creamy texture that carries red berry fruit, citrus, and a touch of pastry richness into a long, clean finish. The magnum format helps preserve tension and aromatic complexity, while giving the wine excellent potential to evolve gracefully over time. Even in youth it is beautifully balanced, but additional cellaring can bring more depth, autolytic nuance, and savory complexity.

Produced in Franciacorta in Lombardy, where limestone-rich soils and a cool climate help create sparkling wines with natural freshness and structure. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are harvested by hand, with careful selection in the vineyard and at the cellar to preserve fruit purity and balance. The wine is crafted according to traditional method production, including secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees aging to build texture, finesse, and complexity.

This rosé is a versatile partner at the table, especially with cured salmon, tuna tartare, shellfish, sushi, roast chicken, veal carpaccio, and risotto with berries or light seafood. It also works beautifully with soft-rind cheeses and fruit-based appetizers. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving to let the wine’s aromatics unfold.
