Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine typically shows a deep ruby core with a lively garnet rim. Aromatically, expect classic Saint-Émilion notes of ripe black cherry, plum, redcurrant, and subtle floral tones, layered with hints of cedar, tobacco, graphite, and gentle spice from oak aging. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with supple tannins, fresh acidity, and a balanced, silky texture. The finish is refined and persistent, with fruit and savory notes unfolding gradually. While enjoyable now with proper aeration, it should also develop gracefully over the next 5 to 10 years, gaining additional complexity and softness.
