Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant golden hue with a very fine, persistent mousse. The nose is layered and refined, unfolding with notes of white flowers, citrus peel, toasted brioche, hazelnut, ripe stone fruit, and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is beautifully silky and poised, with remarkable tension between freshness and richness. Citrus, orchard fruit, chalky minerality, and pastry-like complexity build steadily toward a long, resonant finish. Grand Siècle is designed for extended cellar aging and can develop even greater complexity over many years.

Production
Grand Siècle is Laurent-Perrier’s multi-vintage prestige cuvée, assembled only from the best parcels and reserve wines from exceptional years. The blend is typically dominated by Chardonnay from Grand Cru sites in the Côte des Blancs, balanced with Pinot Noir from top vineyards in the Montagne de Reims, bringing both delicacy and structure. Vinification is carried out with a focus on purity and precision, followed by extended aging on the lees to enhance texture and aromatic complexity.

Food & Serving
This Champagne pairs wonderfully with refined dishes such as lobster, scallops, roasted poultry, caviar, truffle risotto, or aged Comté. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary, but allowing it a few minutes in the glass can help reveal its full aromatic complexity.
