In the glass, this wine shows a bright, polished character with impressive depth. The nose is expressive and complex, bringing together notes of chestnut honey, chamomile, dried fruit, ginger, anise, and a subtle exotic edge that gives it real personality. On the palate, it is bone-dry, incisive, and full of grip, with a lively, crunchy acidity that keeps everything focused.
