Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright ruby-red color that hints at its youthful energy and classic Nebbiolo finesse. The bouquet is refined and alluring, with notes of dried rose petals, berries and plums, giving way to a savoury edge that adds depth and complexity. On the palate, the wine is balanced yet powerful, with silky tannins, fresh fruit character and a long, persistent finish. Its structure suggests good aging potential, and while it is already appealing now, it should continue to gain nuance and harmony over the next several years.

Production
Produced from 100% Nebbiolo in the Langhe DOC, this wine reflects the terroir of Piedmont through its balance of fragrance, structure and freshness. The grapes undergo 7–8 days of alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled rotofermenters, followed by malolactic fermentation in barriques. It is then aged for 12 months in medium-toast French oak barriques, second use, before spending two months in stainless steel and a further 12 months in bottle. The wine is left unfiltered and unfined to preserve its natural expression.

Food & Serving
This Nebbiolo pairs beautifully with rich yet elegant dishes such as risotto with mushrooms, roasted poultry, veal, braised meats, and aged cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C to best appreciate its aromatic complexity and fine tannins. Decanting is recommended if opened young, especially to allow the wine’s floral and savoury notes to fully open.
